A delicious complete meal for intergalactic missions, earthly travels, scout camps and outdoor adventures. Just add 1 1/8 cups of boiling hot water for the beef stew. Stir, cover for 10 minutes, then eat! Add .25 cup of boiling and let sit for 8 minutes. For the dessert pudding, add .5 cup of cold water. Stir until smooth. Ingredients:
Freeze-Dried Chicken and Rice (3 1/8 oz): instant rice, sauce (chicken including natural chicken juices, dextrose, natural flavorings, salt, chicken fat, maltodextrine=, natural extractives of tumeric and annatto, nonfat milk, potato starch, pepper), freeze-dried chicken, carrots, onions, celery, freeze-dried red and green bell peppers, parsley, sodium sulfite.
Freeze-Dried Sweet Peas (.5 oz): Freeze-dried sweet peas.
Instant Chocolate Pudding (1.87 oz): Sugar, nonfat milk, modified food starch, cocoa (in chocolate flavor), partially hydrogenated soy and/or canola oils, corn syrup solids, sodium phosphates, sodium caseinates, calcium sulfate, potassium phosphate, mono & diglycerides, vanilla & ethyl vanallin, lecthin, calcium phosphate.
