The Combi PLUS uses a dual filtration system PLUS INCLUDES a Universal Sink Adaptor for using your filter by itself in the field or at home, boat, RV or traveling using the sinks water pressure. With this combo-pak, you'll get dual usage AND dual filtration at a bargin price.

Katadyn's proven ceramic filter technology plus an activated carbon filter creates a system that not only eliminates bacteria and micro-organisms, but also chlorine, iodine, odors, and bad tastes. The result is safe, clear, great-tasting water.

The filter will process up to 1.2 quarts per minute. Each ceramic element will filter up to 13,000 gallons of water. The activated carbon granules will filter up to 60 gallons. Made of strong polymers and stainless steel. The base attaches easily to almost any water bottle, including Nalgene bottles. Ideal for backpacking, traveling, and camping.

Katadyn Combi Universal Sink Adaptor Kit (can be purchased separately)

The Universal Travel/Home Sink Adaptor with screw-on base has been made exclusively for the Swiss KATADYN COMBI Water Filter. The sink adaptor allows for easy filtering of your drinking water by using your home, hotel, or base camp's presurized sink water. If pressure is too low, the Combi pump handle can be used for assistance in filtering the water.

Operation is simple, fast and easy. Simply screw sink adaptor base onto the bottom of your Katadyn Combi Filter. Next attach hose to your faucet or sink. Finally, attach the opposite end of the hose onto the water inlet attachment on the side of the filter. Turn the water on and flip the attached sink adaptor button to allow water to be diverted to the filter. Clean filtered water will exit out of the base's water spout.
