Premium Quality NITRO-PAK Dehydrated Vegetable Soup & Stew Blend is ideal for dinner side dishes and when used in your favorite homemade soup, stew or casserole. A nice mixture of garden vegetables.

Ingredients: Potato dices, shredded cabbage, sliced onion, carrot dices, tomato dices, red bell pepper, green bell pepper. No preservatives added.

Cooking Directions: For 2 servings: Add 1/2 Cup stew blend to 2 Cups water and slowly bring to a boil. Simmer to taste and serve. May add bouillon, tomato, and meat.
