The price of about $10 bucks you can't hardly go wrong. With its 3 inch blade you won't be chopping through brush..haha. But this knife is solid and the blade is sharp. It's small but very well built. I use it to cut cordage and shave fat wood. It's not my primary woods knife but a small compact backup that I keep in my get out of dodge KIT. A Spare. Surprisingly the Fire Steel that came with it is very good. Spend a minute to scrape off the black finish (like all Ferro Rods, the black coating must be removed) and the backside (top) of this handy knife has the perfect edge (crisp 90 degree) to scrap a shower of hot sparks. Very impressive. I am glad I bought this knife.
