Apparently designed to look good on showroom floors and suburban lawns but in the real world of mild inclines and varying soils it is worthless. Conditions that even the cheapest tent would have shrugged off make the Nemo Meta 1P useless. It won't stay up reliably in even optimal conditions and even then has to be weighted with a quarry's worth of rocks and propped up with sticks. If you want to go ultralight buy a tarp and save your money. As for me I'm back to my 4 pound Sierra Designs tent.

In 2002, Cam Brensinger incorporated Nemo Equipment, Inc with the intention of bringing high-level design and engineering to the outdoor industry.
