Eggs, Whole Powdered
Ingredients: 100% whole egg solids.
Directions: Mix 1 Tbsp. of egg with 2 Tbsp water. Use for any recipe that calls for eggs. When using other dry ingredients, it is not necessary to reconstitue eggs. simply add to other dry ingredients and increase liquid.
NOTE: This product has been tested Salmonella negative as determined by USRDA methods of analysis, but care should be taken in storage and handling. When reconstituted, treat mix as you would for regular fresh eggs.
