Premium Quality NITRO-PAK Dehydrated Diced Idaho Potatoes are ideal for dinner side dishes and when used in your favorite soup, stew, casserole or your favorite recipe calling for Diced Potatoes.

Ingredients: Dehydrated potatoes. Preserved with sodium sulfites.

Cooking Directions: Pour 1 Cup dices into 3 Cups boiling water and 1 Tbsp. salt. Turn down heat and simmer 10-15 minutes or until tender. Drain and season as desired and serve. May be stored in the refrigerator after cooking, keeping well covered.
