Premium Quality NITRO-PAK Dehydrated Instant Potato Flakes (Mashed Potatoes) are ideal for dinner side dishes and when used in your favorite soup, stew or casserole or with any recipe calling for mashed potatoes. Awesome with butter, shredded cheese and bacon bits. Yuuuum!

Ingredients: Potatoes, mono and diglycerides from vegetable oil, sodium acid pyrophosphate, citric acid. Freshness preserved with sodium bisulfite and BHT.

Cooking Directions: Preheat 2 Cups of boiling water, add 3/4 tsp. salt, 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine. Add 2/3 Cup milk and 2 Cups flakes. Stir with fork to moisten. Do not overbeat. For creamier potatoes, use more milk or water.
