Just a quick note, due to the freeze-drying process and shipping, ice cream bars typically do not arrive in one piece but are "broken" into smaller chunks for easy sharing.
Ingredients: Milk cream, semi-sweet chocolate chips (sugar, chocolate liquor, milkfat, cocoa butter, soy lecithin {emulsifier}, vanilla extract, sugar, buttermilk, corn syrup, dairy whey (contains less that 2% of stabilizer to maintain smoothness (mono & diglycerides, guar gum, carrageenan, calcium sufites), peppermint extract, vanilla extract, vanillin (artifical flavor), artifical color (yellow 6, blue 1, annato (color).
