As of Jan. 1, 2006, this item is now considered by UPS as a DOUBLE OVERSIZED ITEM, meaning that even though it actually weighs less than 30 pounds, because of its size, and special handling requirements, UPS considers it to WEIGH 70 POUNDS INSTEAD for shipping purposes. It's very unfair that this item is now charged so much for shipping (upwards to around per $48 per barrel depending on where you live). The rates quoted are UPS fees. We have not added any additional charges.

Each container is brand new, never used.
